1. Ezekiel 28:14 “Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. 19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/EZK.28.KJV Satan is a created being.
2. Psalm 99:1 “The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: He sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/PSA.99.KJV Satan held the exalted position of a covering cherubim.
3. Ephesians 3:9 “and to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/EPH.3.KJV Jesus is the creator of every living thing. Satan wanted to be like God, so God and satan could not coexist in heaven.
4. Isaiah 14:12 “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/ISA.14.KJV
5. Revelation 12:7 “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/REV.12.KJV
6. Luke 10:18 “And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/LUK.10.KJV
7. Job 2:7 “So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/JOB.2.KJV It is satan’s purpose to hurt and destroy.
8. 1 Peter 5:8 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1PE.5.KJV
9. 1 John 3:8 "He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1JN.3.KJV Jesus came to this earth to be able to eventually destroy satan. If God had just wiped satan out of existence in the beginning then the rest of the angels would have served God out of fear and not love. God is a God of love and free will is the only way that He can prove that.
10. John 12:31 “Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/JHN.12.KJV Jesus death on the cross made it certain that one day the devil and all who follow him will be destroyed.
