Genesis 6:3 “And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/GEN.6.KJV When the Holy Spirit goes away because of constant rejection, that person has grieved away the Spirit and committed blasphemy. They will no longer have a sense of right and wrong, and they will no longer care about doing things that are right. When this happens, they are lost.
