1. 1 John 5:7 “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1JN.5.KJV What does this ‘oneness’ look like?
2. John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/JHN.1.KJV
3. Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/GEN.1.KJV The word ‘us’ implies more than one physical being.
4. John 8:58 “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/JHN.8.KJV Jesus is claiming the title of God.
5. Exodus 3:14 “And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/EXO.3.KJV
6. John 10:30 “I and my Father are one. 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/JHN.10.KJV Either Jesus or the Jews were correct here. If Jesus was lying, then the Jews would have been right, and Jesus would have broken the ten commandments.
7. Daniel 4:2 “I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/DAN.4.KJV
8. Psalm 78:35 “And they remembered that God was their rock, And the high God their redeemer.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/PSA.78.KJV Which member of the Godhead is our redeemer?
9. Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/ISA.9.KJV Of whom are these verses talking about?
10. John 14:8 “Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” https://www.bible.com/bible/1/JHN.14.KJV Noone can say exactly what the Godhead looks like or is, but the Bible is very plain that there are three individual beings that make up what we call the ‘Godhead’. They have always existed and they always will. The ten commandments make it clear that we should worship only God. Jesus, when he was here on earth was regularly worshipped from the time he was born. He never told anyone not to worship him. An angel and even the apostles did stop people from trying to worship them. If Jesus was not God, then he should have rebuked those who were worshipping him.
