God helps, but not always in the way we think He should

  Have you ever heard of the man who was living where there was a flood? He was warned to get out before it happened, but he didn't. He said "Jesus will save me". Then when the flood came, he got up on top of his roof and some people came by in a canoe, They said, "get in", but He said, "No, that's okay, Jesus will save me". As the house was about to give way a helicopter came by to scoop him up and he said "no that's okay Jesus will save me." At last the poor man drowned, when he got to heaven He asked God why He hadn't saved him? God said, I sent people to warn you, I sent people in a canoe and at last I sent a helicopter...
